It has a tape length of 125 meters which enables a native data storage capacity of 12GB that can be expanded up to 24GB when compressed. It has a compressed data transfer rate of 2MB/s.The HP C5708A tape cartridge has an archival life of 30 years and is compatible with DAT 24, 40 and 72 tape drives.
